About the role
We are seeking an energetic, pro-active and customer-focused Account Manager to take clear ownership of an allocated portfolio of clients.
You'll act as the client's principal relationship contact, monitor performance and commitments, coordinate the right internal expertise, and ensure actions, risks and issues are managed through resolution.
Main Responsibilities
- Build trusted, multi-level relationships and manage risks to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Plan, prepare for and lead client meetings and service reviews.
- Monitor service performance, SLAs, KPIs, feedback and trends; translate these into clear actions and client recommendations.
- Maintain proportionate account plans, CRM records, stakeholder information and engagement activity.
- Manage or escalate complaints, service issues and risks appropriately, maintaining clear communication and supporting effect resolution.
- Understand relevant service scope, contracts, pricing, invoices, and commercial arrangements, involving specialist colleagues where needed.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience in managing or supporting B2B client relationships.
- Exposure in service-led, professional services, technology or workplace-services experience is desirable.
- Proven experience of relationship and stakeholder management.
- Experience in supporting customer accounts, contracts and service delivery.
- Demonstrate track record of achieving target/bonus/KPI.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft packages.

Experience

Further Details:
Location - minimum 3 days in office between Datchet or London (or travelling to clients). Initially office based when joining.
Hours - Full-Time 37.5 hours from 9am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
