What Will You Be Doing
Do you like delivering a first class customer experience? Are you comfortable with dealing with scheduling and room booking which can be complex? If so, we’d like to talk to you.
We are looking for individuals who are looking to deliver a first-class client experience to our client in response to our client's scheduling and room booking queries - as one of our Reservation Coordinators.
You will be responsible for taking inbound calls, using your knowledge of our client to anticipate their needs, whilst navigating our systems to ensure you can deal with their booking enquiry. You will have a high level of attention to detail to deal with these enquiries ensuring that should they be more complex you will be able to respond to them afterwards that you have completed all requirements.
With prior experience of scheduling or bookings, ideally from a service desk or support background. You will have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and a warm and friendly telephone manner, you will also be able to hold a conversation with our clients whilst you are also navigating our systems. Strong organisational skills are an essential requirement for this role, as the ability to do what you say you are going to do.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Room Bookings: Assist callers with Reservation requests: booking; amending and cancellation of Rooms.
- Possess an in depth knowledge on the services and understanding of the booking process.
- Regularly reviewing our Knowledge base to ensure processes and FAQS are up to date and relevant.
- Possess excellent listening; problem solving and decision-making skills in order to achieve a valued outcome for the Caller; Client and ComXo
Experience
- Previous experience in reception, food, customer service, reservations or booking role is preferred but not essential.
- Experience of using Microsoft packages – Word, Outlook, Excel
Qualifications
- Educated to minimum GCSE or equivalent
- NVQ in Customer Service is an advantage
