Business Development Manager

The focus of the role is selling switchboard and business support solutions (navigation, reservation, escalation) into the professional services sector in the city of London.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be required to follow up on all Marketing generated leads, as well as identify direct new business opportunities through self-generated prospecting activity.

 

Head of Information Communication Technology

The purpose of the role is to lead the ICT function of ComXo and represent technology in the Senior Leadership Team. The Head of ICT will be responsible for ensuring all ICT systems and people are effective and functioning within agreed SLAs, deliverables and policies.

Location: Datchet, Berkshire (20% in office, 80% Remote – where the role allows)

Hours: 37.5hours per week

Resource Planning Manager

The Resource Planning Manager is responsible for resourcing a busy, multi-team switchboard which operates 24/7/365. T

The role requires in depth knowledge and deep understanding of how to accurately forecast, plan, support and report on all aspects of resource management.

The successful role holder will have a personable approach with the ability to display ComXo’s core values (Politeness, Professionalism, Proficiency & Personality) by balancing the needs of the business resource requirement and the flexibility requests of our staff. Attention to detail and a curiosity to interrogate data trends is a vital skill for this role.

 

Recruitment Manager

ComXo is a dynamic provider of switchboard support services at the most exciting stage of growth. The Recruitment Manager will take on a hybrid role with supporting our people operations and will be responsible for the continued people success; from spearheading recruitment campaigns and on-boarding, through to day-to-day employee support, engagement and development. Working closely with the senior leadership team, this role is pivotal to supporting ComXo in it’s continued success.

This will be a generalist role and the right candidate will be happy to stretch their recruitment and HR skills in any direction needed
