Andrew Try

Andrew is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder with a passion for how technology and people combined can change our experience of the world of work.  As he puts it “Building ComXo into a business trusted by the biggest and the best companies in the world and working with creative, energetic people with a passion for the very best in client experience is the crowning achievement of my career”

Andrew is passionate about education in his local community and is Trustee of a Multi Academy Trust, Governor to an FE college and a prep school. Andrew is trustee of The Windsor Festival, Chairman of The Royal Windsor Rose and Horticultural Society, Chairman of The Harcourt Trust and a Deputy Lieutenant of The Royal County of Berkshire.

Emily Salmon

Emily has been part of the ComXo family for over 20 years having started in Finance and going on to manage almost every area of the business; giving her the full breadth of ComXo, the solutions we provide to our clients and the great people she gets to work with every day.

A natural problem solver, she is able to execute on vision and strategy, whilst ensuring high standards of compliance and attention to detail.

Emily is passionate about self-development and learning, and enabling colleagues to maximise their potential in an inclusive and fun work environment.

Paul Roake

Paul joined ComXo in 2006. Since then, he’s held several different roles across both the business development and product management departments, giving him a very well-rounded approach to servicing our clients.

Paul is a strategic thinker and has an ethos of building strong client relationships and implementing a consultative approach across his team, ensuring we continue to meet the ever changing demands of our clients.

Paul is passionate about his charity work and activity involved in work with GOSH, The National Autistic Society and The Trinity Trust.

Penny Thorpe

Using her 10 years’ experience delivering bespoke requirements through to successful deployment, Penny drives both our customer success and product strategy to solve the workplace problems our clients face.

Our defined 6 stage process enables us to take complex problems presented by our customers and guide them in understanding, simplifying, problem solving and communicating.

Penny’s experienced team lead our customers through change and are always learning and adapting to deliver value and expertise back to our customers.

Richard Gostelow

Richard worked in large contact centres in the B2C and Financial Service sectors, joining ComXo 8 years ago was a welcomed culture shock.

A boutique business with an incredible drive to become the best in the world at what we do whilst placing a sincere and genuine focus on our people sounded too good to be true.

8 years later and Richard is proud to be part of a business that sticks to its values and is always looking to be better for its people and clients.

Rebecca Wilkinson

Rebecca joined ComXo in 2018 as a Project Management Accountant and now heads up the Finance and Administration department as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

As a CIMA qualified accountant, Rebecca is dedicated in aligning business process with value and together with her team, maximising the talent potential within ComXo, to deliver high quality exceptional solutions.

Huma Ghazanfar

Huma’s journey at ComXo began 8 years ago when she took on the role of Out of Hours Team Leader. It was an interesting time to join as she was the first Evening Team Leader – and a Part time one at that. 

Huma worked hard to progress into the role of Out of Hours Operations Manager, taking on the overall management of the Evening, Night and Weekend teams. Her main responsibility was to ensure the consistent delivery of Operations OOH and ensure our Staff and Clients were just as happy at 11pm as they were at 11am! 

After 6 years of working Out of Hours, Huma moved to In Hours as Operations Manager which involved the same responsibilities and challenges. The past 2 years has been an exciting time especially with the launch of the App which is the future of ComXo. 

GURUPDESH CHAHAL

Gurupdesh joined ComXo as a switchboard Team leader overseeing the Nights and OOH team. His previous experiences lie in financial services & litigation which made ComXo and Gurupdesh a perfect match given the clientele ComXo service.

Gurupdesh’s progression has led him to his current role as Operations Manager for Out Of Hours, overseeing evening, nights and weekends with a highly multi skilled team ensuring value add for all our clients at any given time. 

Alongside this operational responsibility Gurupdesh’s objective as a manager and team is to alleviate and aid other departments within the business to maximise proficiency so we’re constantly striving to grow.

SARA JACKMAN

Sara joined ComXo in 2018, after a 12 year career in Hospitality.
She started out as an operator for our biggest clients on a dedicated desk and has worked her way up from Supervisor to Team Leader and now Operations manager. 

Sara leads two teams, one Switchboard and the other Room Bookings, she works very closely with the client and also the Managed Services to ensure we provide a flawless and streamlined service.

ERIN MCINTYRE

Erin joined ComXo when she was 21 and over the last 3.5 years she has worked hard in order to progress within the business.
Her journey started as a Virtual Personal Assistant which gave her the foundations she needed in order to move into the role of Supervisor for the Helpdesk Team. 

Erin continued working with the ultimate goal of becoming a Team Leader and this led her to managing two teams: Helpdesk and MSD.

The Helpdesk team deal with complex calls varying from emergency situations such as Oil spills or a serious Data Breach. No two days are the same and this makes the job more enjoyable.

Our Managed Service Desk is the future of ComXo and a very exciting team to be managing right now. On a daily basis, the team is responsible for managing the ComXo App and our Conference and Room Bookings. 

Sam Gibbons

Sam is in his ninth year at ComXo, having joined in 2012.
He has worked as an Operator in and out of hours, as a Team Leader across different  Switchboard departments, as a Supervisor, and now taking ownership of an exciting project with a new type of client. 

As part of the Switchboard Management Team, Sam has developed culture, structure, and best practice that are still in place 6 years later, helping us deliver consistent service to our clients and embody the company 4Ps. 

Sam managed operators and supported their development,
many of which now work in other areas of the business, including IT, Sales and Projects.
